Parish Office

Office

The Parish Office is located inside St Joseph’s Priory.  It is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, but is closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm.

The Parish Office manages appointments; booking masses and scheduling meetings with our priests as well as arranging baptisms, weddings and funerals.  It also handles bookings for the hire of St Joseph’s Hall and Parish Centre.  It prepares news items for publishing in the weekly newsletter and updates parish registers for baptisms, receptions, weddings and funerals.  By far its biggest role is liaison with parishioners, clergy, parish groups and the local community.
